About Partner Michelle M. Lents
Michelle M. Lents is a partner at Lents Law Firm. She studied at the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor (JD) in 1993. Ms. Lents graduated from San Diego State University with Distinction in English, Magna Cum Laude, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She has been a licensed California attorney since 1994 and practiced Employment and Labor law since 1996. She has experience on both sides of the aisle, as she spent ten years representing employees and seventeen years representing companies, in and out of court.
Ms. Lents is an experienced investigator, both as an in-house investigator and a third-party neutral for small businesses to international companies. She has advised several companies on HR practices, ranging from non-profit corporations, municipal labor organizations, healthcare providers, and law firms.
